1. Fair Use & Editorial Commentary
616 Intel operates as an entertainment news, journalism, and cultural commentary wire. Visual references, trailer frame breakdowns, and production still references are utilized under the Fair Use provisions of Title 17, United States Code § 107 for purposes of reporting, criticism, review, and archival research.
2. DMCA Takedown Procedure (Section 39)
616 Intel respects the intellectual property rights of creators and studios. If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced or shared through an editorial dossier or community dispatch in a manner constituting copyright infringement, you or your authorized legal agent may submit a formal notification.
Required Notice Information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Specific URL(s) on 616 Intel hosting the allegedly infringing material;
- Your contact information including full legal name, company or represented entity, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
- A physical or verifiable electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
